You're going to need 🛒
1 cup of melted dark chocolate (we recommend 70%)
1/2 cup melted ghee
3 eggs
1 cup of coconut sugar or honey
1/2 cup almond flour
1 tsp vanilla essence
Pinch of salt
You do it that easy 👇
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease a small baking dish or use baking paper.
Mix the eggs, sugar or honey, vanilla and salt until bubbles appear.
Add the melted chocolate and ghee and mix well until everything looks smooth and shiny.
Add the almond flour. Mix gently, without overmixing.
Pour into the mold and bake for 20–25 minutes, until a skewer comes out almost clean.
Let them cool before cutting (if you can stand it... 👀).
