
Gheeliciosas Baked Potatoes 🥔

🍽 Servings: 3–4 as a side dish
You're going to need 🛒
3–4 medium potatoes, sliced not too thinly
1/2 cup melted ghee
4–5 cloves of garlic, roughly chopped
1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese
1 handful of chopped fresh parsley (reserve some for garnish)
Salt and pepper to taste
You do it that easy 👇
Preheat oven to 200°C.
Wash and cut the potatoes into slices that are not too thin, with the skin on if you like them more rustic.
In a bowl, mix the melted ghee with the garlic, cheese, most of the parsley, salt and pepper.
Add the potatoes and stir well until they are well coated with all that tasty mixture.
Arrange them on a tray or mold, you can overlap them a little.
Bake for 35–40 minutes, until golden brown on the outside and soft on the inside.
When serving, sprinkle the reserved parsley on top for a touch of freshness ✨
