
Gheelicious Cheese and Honey Sandwich 🍯

🍽 Servings: 1 sandwich... but you can easily double up.
You're going to need 🛒
2 slices of sourdough bread
1 generous tablespoon of ghee
1 slice of sharp cheddar
1 sheet of Colby Jack
1 slice of Swiss cheese
1–2 tbsp honey for serving
You do it that easy 👇
Spread the ghee on one side of each slice of bread. Yes, make sure it's golden brown on the outside.
On the inside of a slice, place the cheese slices one on top of the other, alternating so that each bite has a little bit of everything.
Close the sandwich with the other slice of bread, leaving the ghee on the outside.
Place in a hot pan over medium heat. Cook for 3–4 minutes per side, pressing gently with a spatula, until the bread is golden brown and the cheeses are well melted.
Serve hot and drizzle with honey just before eating.
